I was born and raised in Kinnelon, New Jersey. I am the youngest of four kids. I moved to Minnesota to go to North Central University where I studied for six years in broadcasting and journalism. After finishing school I decided to give my focus a twist - hence the real estate. Although different from my original intent, I utilize my broadcasting/journalism skills to better my marketing and advertising in my real estate profession.

I like to think I am adventurous to some degree. I have been skydiving, cliff-diving and bungee-jumping. I love amusement park rides - whether the Minnesota State Fair or Valley Fair. I love horror movies and am infatuated with haunted places (real or not, who knows - they're fun to

learn about nonetheless). Sharks are probably the one animal I can say I am not a fan of. Although I did snorkel once down in Blue Springs, Florida, where there was an alligator in the water.

So there is one thing I hate to admit; I have an addiction -> I’m addicted to coffee! Yup, one full pot every morning! Coffee is usually the best way to get to know me. Feel free to contact me and I would love to sit down with you at a Caribou and chat!

I’ve lived in St Louis Park since May of 2004. I’ve been on the neighborhood steering committee since 2006, and have been president of St Louis Park’s “Triangle” neighborhood since 2009. Staying active in the community is a must. The Triangle has almost 1200 residents. Each year we have at least one big event in either the summer or fall where we get together and have the greatest time! We also have Movie Nights in the park during the summer months. It’s a lot of work, but I’ll tell ya, it’s rewarding to have a healthy/happy neighborhood!

I’ve attended New Hope Evangelical Free Church since 2007, and became a member there in early 2010. There I volunteer in the Tech booth one to two times a month running the camera and/or the projector screens during the sermons. I am a born again Christian. I try to live my life “cross-centered,” showing love to those around me as Christ did.
Ephesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast.

MY CAREER
Now, about my career, I initially entered into real estate after deciding to buy my very first home. I was looking for a career change at the time and figured it would be a good way to search for my home on my own being as picky as I am. Shortly after receiving my real estate license I took an intense course of study covering all of the following:

investment, taxation and financial planning, business planning, residential construction, appraisal and inspections, technology, ethics, and of course, selling and listing homes.

After these courses, I earned the GRI designation (Graduate, Realtor Institute). It is awarded by the National Association of REALTORS®.

Now, for the extent of my expertise let me say that I don’t focus in a certain area. I am not a 'Condo King.' I’m not the ‘Minnetonka area specialist.' I focus on my clients. My clients have taken me everywhere and put me through every type of situation. I have had transactions ALL around the metro area ranging from both the twin cities downtown areas, all the way to 2 hours out. I have access to properties anywhere in the state and have connections with people in other states if you’re not limiting yourself to Minnesota.
